We offer rewards to external individuals who recommend their friends to us. If your friend successfully passes their probation period after being placed, you are eligible for a referral reward based on their nationality, position type, and employment term.

FAQ'S
All open positions will be published on the MP Group official Website / Social Media / Career Page.
Referrers are to send in candidate’s updated CV to TA team and mention the position to apply.
MP Group’s Talent Acquisition Team and Hiring Manager will assess the candidate’s skills and experience to determine their suitability for the specific role.
Upon successful hire, the referrer will be notified of the outcome via email.
Referrer will be paid according to the reward structure based on different types of position and employment, with the condition that all successful referred applicants have reported to work and passed their probation with the company.
Any referrals that are not submitted through the process outlined above will be void.
MP Group of Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or end the policy at its sole discretion, for any reason including, but not limited to, business necessity, or a change in operational need.
